1. Project Introduction

Siyoto Electronic Technology Production and Construction Project is invested and constructed by Dongguan Siyoto Electronic Co., Ltd with the total investment of 550 million yuan. It covers an area of about 26,900 square meters, and the total construction area is about 87,000 square meters. Aiming to start production in 2022, its main construction content is to build new houses and purchase all kinds of advanced equipment to further improve productivity. As a headquarters mainly manufacturing acoustics and multimedia technology products and short range wireless communication products, this headquaters is expected to create about 100 billion yuan annual output value and generate about 56 million yuan in annual tax revenue after putting into operation.

2. Project Progress

Many project procedures have been completed, like the project registration, environmental impact assessment, adjustment of regulatory detailed plan, land supply, construction drawing review, early intervention, etc. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on April 24, and the project department has been set up. They started infrastructure construction in May. The actual land funds investment from January to April was 33.81 million yuan, accounting for 42.26% of the annual investment plan.

Dongguan Siyoto Electronics Co., Ltd, established in July 2006, is a private innovative enterprise with independent intellectual property rights and independent brands located in leased plant buildings in Hecheng Industrial District, Dongjiang, Qiaotou Town. It mainly focuses on the development and production of acoustics and multimedia technology products, short range wireless communication products, precision electronic product mold, precision SMT patch, precision injection parts, metal products, electronic appliances and accessories, consumer electronic products and intelligent electronic products. The company is a national high-tech enterprise with independent intellectual property rights and independent brands. It has been recognized as the Engineering Technology Research Center of Guangdong Province for owning an internal R&D organization and a total of 42 authorized patents (only patents under substantive examination), including 6 invention patents, 21 utility model patents and 15 design patents. In recent years, the rapidly developed company has become the pilot enterprise of the Dongguan city’s Multiplying Plan. The output value in 2017 was 123 million yuan, and the output value in 2018 was 309 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 151.22%. The output value in 2019 was 437 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 41.77%. The output value in 2020 was 515 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 17.85%. And the average annual growth rate was 61.18%. This project construction can form complementary advantages with other enterprises under the jurisdiction, jointly promote the overall development of the electronic information industry and generate great significance to guide the optimization and upgrading of Qiaotou’ s industrial structure.
