Activity objective:

Based on the theme of “All employees of Siyoto operation center united to forge ahead in innovation!” and the spirit of “friendship first, competition second, dispel estrangement, communicate effectively and improve teamwork ability”, we accomplished special team building and carried out the four games of “I love you VS. Shameless, Unlock the hands, Blindfold eyes to pop bottle, Fighting each other with eyes blindfolded”, every participants are enthusiastic and the activity achieved the expected effect at final team summary.

At work, there is a lot of contact and communication between colleagues, but this time we split all the people who were familiar with each other in all the departments. According to the game design, we need everyone to coordinate together, communicate effectively and lead correctly. For example, the “I love you VS. Shameless” game at the beginning dispelled the estrangement between each other, eliminated some embarrassment and established a good foundation for the cooperation and effective communication in the following games. Through close physical contact, these games allowed people to engage in friendly spontaneous conversation and closed the gap of each other. Furthermore, in the course of the game, aggression in friendly competition, the knowing smile when we acted like a buffoon and so on were all opportunities for us to merge relationship.

 Although these team building games are interesting, they are challenging and competitive as well. We were divided into group to compete in the game. So before the game started, the members of each group had a discussion, offered advice, and sought ways to accelerate the victory. Everyone contributed their own mental and physical labor for the victory of the entire group. They banded together for a common goal.

After the game was over, the summaries and conversations of every group all showed that these games were not only the lubricant of friendship but also the simplest way to reflect the important role of teamwork and efficient communication in work.
