2020 Year-end Review Meeting

On February 2-3, 2021, the Siyoto 2020 Year-end Review Meeting themed as “Go forward bravely and pursue your dream” was held successfully at Multimedia Function Hall. More than 30 company senior managers led by Chairman Zhu, Present Yang, Deputy GM Zhu and Deputy GM Liao presented at the meeting. This meeting mainly summarized and analyzed the company's work achievements and shortcomings in 2020, and also plan the company's development direction and goals in the coming 2021.

First of all, Secretary Chen, the meeting moderator, briefly introduced the meeting agenda. This meeting was divided into 3 parts. The first part is the 2020 annual operating status report and 2021 annual goals and plans of each business department. The second part is the 2020 annual operating status report and 2021 annual goals and plans of each functional center. And the last part is team building activities and meeting summary.

Secondly, Chairman Zhu delivered an opening speech themed as “go forward bravely and pursue your dream”. He made a detailed report on the overall operation of the whole year in 2020, and also developed ideas and directions for 2021. He emphasized the importance of learning to summarize. Only by constantly summarizing can we make continuous progress. Management personnel should lead by example, make summary an unforgettable habit, and continue to grow and progress in the summary. At the end of the speech, Chairman Zhu once again stressed that everyone should make a profound summary and analysis of the work in 2020, and clearly plan for the work goals in 2021.

After that, the heads of each business department and each functional center successively made the annual work report for 2020 mainly from four aspects, such as work performance, highlight experience, problem analysis and future plan. The company's achievements in 2020 were inseparable from the hard work of every Siyoto family, and the company's current problems cannot be solved without the efforts of every Siyoto family.

Next to the report of each department is the third part- team building activities and meeting summary. The team activity themed as” if I were the boss” was ended in cheerful laughter.

When the team activity finished, participants discussed again the report work of each department in groups. They summarize the questions and suggestions and ***ed representatives to share opinions on stage. After the active and orderly discussion, four representatives presented and explained the result of group discussion, and they put forward suggestions for the report of each department.

At the end of the meeting, Chairman Zhu came on stage to make a conclusion. He made a summary and analysis of the two-day meeting, affirmed the achievements of this meeting and put forward expectations for everyone: After the meeting, everyone should start from himself to carry out the results of the meeting in the following work. Execution is the core competitiveness. After the speech, all the participants took a group photo, and the meeting ended successfully.

The convening of this annual meeting indicates the path and direction of the work of the Siyoto in 2021, all departments should take this meeting as an opportunity, implement conscientiously the tasks assigned for this meeting, unify thought, innovate idea, clear objectives, execute properly, accomplish roundly the annual targets, promote the high quality development of the company to take new steps, take a new level and complete a new mission.
