Siyoto is in a period of rapid development. In order to promote cultural integration, create a good organizational atmosphere and enhance the spirit of communication and cooperation among executives, company’s business college held a two-day team activity themed as "Efficient Communication, Collaboration and Win-Win" for middle and senior managers in Wangniudun, Dongguan on May 30, 2020. 

This event was a heart-shaking journey that shaped ourselves and sublimated our lives. It had we re-recognized and experienced the power of the team, inspired our personal potential fully released our stress, and strengthened the courage and confidence to challenge ourselves.

This activity told us to think outside the box, summarize the lessons of failure and successful experience in the work, and establish a new work patterns. At the same time, it also taught us to communicate effectively, put ourselves in others' shoes and keep grateful and tolerant. Only in this way, our team can be a united and vigorous excellent team.

Through two days expansion, participants expressed their true feelings by playing different roles. This activity let us deeply feel precious comrade friendship and the importance of communication and collaboration to achieve our goals. In the future, there is still a long way to go. We should redouble our efforts! Although this event has finished, our development never end! We will begin with the end, earnestly summarize experience and share it in the department and apply the knowledge we have learned and tools to our daily work!
