Siyoto 2020 Semi-annual Summary Meeting Was Grandly Held

On July 23 and 24, Siyoto held the 2020 semi-annual summary meeting themed as "summary, reflection, and progress ". Zhu Liang, Chairman of Siyoto, attended the meeting together with the company's executives. The meeting mainly summarized and analyzed the company's work results and existing shortcomings in the first half of 2020, and planned the company's development direction and goals in the second half of the year.

First of all, the moderator of the meeting, Secretary Chen gave a brief introduction to the meeting agenda. This meeting was divided *** three parts. The first part were the business report of each business department for the first half of 2020 and the target and plan of the second half; the second part were the summary report of each functional center for the first half of 2020 and the work plan of the second half; the last part were team building activities and meeting summary.

Subsequently, Chairman Zhu gave an opening speech themed as "summary, reflection, and progress". The chairman said that this meeting was a semi-annual summary meeting, the company's work arrangement meeting for the second half of the year, and also a cross-departmental communication meeting. He hoped everyone could make a deep work summary and analysis for the first half of the year, and do a clear plan for the second half of the year.

After the reports of all departments, Chairman Zhu made a detailed summary report on the company's overall operations in the first half of the year, and pointed out the direction for the second half of 2020. At the end of the speech, Chairman Zhu once again emphasized the goal of building a learning-oriented enterprise. He called on the company's management staff to lead by example, never forgetting to learn, cultivate the habit of learning, and continue to grow and progress in the learning process.

Next is the third part of the meeting: team building activities and meeting summary. The team building activity is based on the theme of execution improvement, and the speaker is Duan Xiaogang, the director of the operation center and the dean of the business college. Before Director Duan gave the lecture, Yang Haidong from the Human Resources Department took the stage to lead everyone to do some relaxation exercises.

After the relaxation activity ended in the laughter, Director Duan came to the stage and officially started a lecture themed as execution improvement. He first gave a wonderful explanation on the related concepts of execution, and pointed out the importance of efficient execution to the enterprise. Afterwards, the participants discussed the reasons for the company's current lack of execution in groups and put forward corresponding solutions

    After the team building activity, the participants once again divided *** groups to discuss the report of each department, summarize problems and suggestions, and *** group representatives to share feelings on the stage. After active and orderly discussion, the four representatives of the group took the stage to speak. They presented and explained their discussion results, and put forward suggestions for the reporting works of each department.

       At the end of the meeting, Chairman Zhu took the stage to make a summary and analysis of the two-day meeting, affirm the results of this activity, and put forward expectations for everyone: after the meeting, everyone should lead by example in the next work, implement the results of the meeting and improve execution. After the chairman's speech, the meeting was ended with the group photo of all the participants.
