In order to build the company's internal lecturer team, realize knowledge sharing, and enhance teaching ability of the company's internal lecturer, Siyoto organized the first two-day Business College internal lecturer training camp on August 14 and 15, 2020. This camp was mainly lectured by trainer Liu Hongwei, and participated by total 46 trainees from various departments of the company.

Business College Lecturer Yang Haidong served as the host of this training camp. After the host’s brief opening, Duan Xiaogang, Director of Operations Center and Dean of Business College, delivered a speech.

Immediately afterwards, Mr. Liu came to the stage and officially began teach. This training was conducted in various forms such as lecturing, discussions and PK in group, on-site interaction, and presentation on stage. It mainly explained how to become a professional trainer in three sections: course presentation, course development, and brand communication. Throughout the training process, each team member was fully engaged and concentrated on learning in strong learning atmosphere.

During the training process, in order to make the trainees have a deeper learning experience, study groups conducted many discussions and sharing, and sent representatives to give presentations on the stage. No matter right or wrong, the most important thing is to master and apply the skills learned. Mr. Liu scored on-site according to the performance of each group. In the end, the group with the highest score became the winning group of this training and each member of the group obtained an exquisite gift.

At the end of the event, Director Duan, Teacher Liu and all the trainees took a group photo to announce the successful conclusion of the first internal lecturer training course of Siyoto Business College.
