At 15:00 on July 16, 2020, the opening ceremony of the academic education promotion class of Siyoto was held at Siyoto Business College. Present at the ceremony were around 70 people, including Zhu Liang, Siyoto’s Chairman, Wang Pengshun, General Manager, the company's senior managers, institutional teacher representatives and all promotion class students.

The opening ceremony officially kicked off with the opening greeting from the host Yang Haidong, lecturer of the business college. First of all, Mr. Yang introduced the guests present and expressed a warm welcome to them. Immediately afterwards, he gave a basic introduction to the opening ceremony agenda, and briefly illustrated the purpose of this promotion class, it’s school characteristics, basic enrollment information, face-to-face courses, webcast courses, class committee organization, students codes and other aspects.

Secondly, Huang Li, the student representative, took the stage to speak on behalf of the production center. On behalf of all the students, she first expressed heartfelt thanks to the company leaders and institutional teachers. Next, she also voiced out her determination in the future learning on behalf of all the students; "We will face our next study with the bravest and most determined heart. No matter what difficulties we encounter, please tell ourselves to be brave, perseverant, we will do it!"

Then, the representative from the school-enterprise cooperation organization, Teacher Liu took the stage to speak. She firstly gave a brief introduction to herself and the educational institution, and then thanked the company leaders for providing a learning platform for the employees. She also issued a call to the students, hoping that everyone should participate in the training and learning actively at ordinary times and let excellence become a habit and responsibility. "I believe that gold will always shine."

After the teacher and student representatives have finished speaking, all the students rose to take the oath under the leadership of Lu Lian, the oath leader of production center: I volunteered to join the company's education promotion class, stick to company management regulations, unite classmates, help each other, respect teachers…Loud and clear oath resounded through the meeting room. The students demonstrated their determination to learn in the future in the name of swearing.

After the solemn oath session, Mr. Duan, Director of Operations Center and Dean of Business College, took the stage to make the opening speech. First of all, Director Duan expressed appreciation on the student’s attitude of active learning and said:” It is impossible for the company not to develop in the future if it has a group of people who love study.”

Then, Chairman Zhu gave a speech. He shared a small story happened around him. There was once a little girl who used to work in Siyoto. Due to her strong desire and courage to study, she eventually grew from an ordinary employee to the foreign trade manager of a listed company in Shenzhen. With this true story, Chairman Zhu showed a profound and simple truth to everyone: study changes fate.

The importance of study is self-evident, and the education promotion class provides precious learning opportunities and learning platforms for employees. Therefore, Chairman Zhu hopes that the students will cherish the opportunity to learn, and must not fish for three days and sun net for two. At the end of the event, all the staff took a group photo on stage, which announced that the opening ceremony of the academic education promotion class of Siyoto Business College came to a successful conclusion. The establishment of Siyoto Business School aimed to practice the corporate philosophy of "creating a learning enterprise and becoming a knowledge worker" and create a brand new platform for the self-improvement of company employees.
