On 31 October, with the theme of “join hands to climb the peak，unite together to build an Elite Team”, the Yinping Moutain outdoor training organized by Siyoto Business College ended successfully.

At 7:30am, all event related personnel assembled on the Siyoto basketball court. Duan Xiaogang, Director of operation center, illustrated the importance of holding such events and encouraged everyone to remain true to our original aspiration, work together and scale new heights. Before participants getting on the bus, event organizers distributed the nutritional products prepared in advance to everyone, so they can replenish energy during the climb and successfully climbed onto the peak. That was so thoughtful.

On the way to the destination, Mr. Guo, President of ***, interacted with everyone on the bus to animate atmosphere, and he also emphasized precautions and team discipline for this mountaineering activity.

We are a big family, a united team. Yang Haidong, a teacher from Siyoto’s Business College, divided the team into six teams and elected one captain and one logistician for each team. Each team should cooperate separately to complete three directional tasks in the climbing process, and finally join hands to reach the summit.

What is a team? It’s a group of talented people. Just as its literal means, everyone is born useful. Everyone in Siyoto, express your fullest potential and free your souls!

Final Task: all members climb to the top of the mountain. Team means never abandon, never give up. We will always wave the flag, encourage each other, and be together until forever.

Summary Commendation: Congratulation to team 3 for gaining the honor of winning team. Liao Dunxi, vice president of R&D center, and Xia Zhen, Director of Finance Center, presented prizes to the team members. Everyone of other team was also the best. The host led everyone to review and share the impressive things in the activity, many pictures were vividly presented in front of their eyes.
